Andrew Asch

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Government Affairs

Mr. Asch has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel since August 2022, and has overseen Encore’s Government Affairs activities since 2024.

Mr. Asch joined the Company in April 2010 and previously served as General Counsel of Midland Credit Management, Inc., the Company’s domestic operating subsidiary, since March 2016.

Prior to joining Encore, Asch served as Senior Counsel at Roll International Corporation (now The Wonderful Company), and practiced law at the firms Katten Muchin Rosenman L.L.P. and Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Mr. Asch received his bachelor’s degree in political science from University of California, Los Angeles and his JD from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
